Terms of Service

AmplifyHQ is a services agency offering website design and development, advertising campaigns, and social media management. These terms govern your use of amplifyhq.net (the "Site") and any free demo we prepare on request.

The Site is provided for informational purposes. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in ways it isn't intended to be accessed, or misuse the demo request form (for example, by submitting false information or spam).

Submitting the demo request form is a request for information and a free preview. It does not, by itself, create a binding contract or oblige either party to proceed. Any actual engagement — including scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, intellectual property, and payment terms — is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Free demo sites are provided as a preview to help you evaluate our work. They are not licensed for production use, do not include hosting, maintenance, or support, and may be taken offline at our discretion until a formal engagement begins.

The Site, its content, and our branding are owned by AmplifyHQ or our licensors. Client-facing work delivered under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement. Logos and screenshots of client work shown in our portfolio remain the property of the respective owners and are used with permission.

The Site and any free demo are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmplifyHQ and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any free demo — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to ZMW 100 or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, the live sites of our clients). We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Zambian courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
