Privacy Policy

AmplifyHQ is a digital agency serving Lusaka and businesses across Zambia. We build websites, run advertising campaigns, and manage social media. This policy explains what personal information we collect through amplifyhq.net and how we use it.

When you submit our demo request form, we collect only the details you enter:

• Business name
• Industry
• Contact name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Current website URL (if any)
• Any message or project details you choose to share

We do not use tracking cookies to build advertising profiles about you. Basic server logs (such as IP address and request timestamps) may be retained for security and diagnostic purposes.

We use the information you submit to:

• Reply to your enquiry and prepare your free demo site
• Follow up about your project or answer questions you asked
• Improve the way we scope and deliver work for future clients

Form submissions are stored in our backend database (hosted with Supabase) and are also forwarded to an internal automation service (Zapier) so our team is notified in real time. Both providers act as data processors on our behalf. Access is limited to AmplifyHQ team members who need it to respond to your request.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share it with the service providers described above (database hosting and internal notification), or where we are required to by law.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us — see below. We'll confirm once it has been removed from our systems.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also opt out of any follow-up communication by replying to any message from us and saying so.
